Wake up, 30 minutes meditation. Make this a routine or $50. Meditation and preyers before you sleep empties you and thus allows you to sleep without distractions.
Eight hours of sleep produces unique effects, you will display to the world that you have had a good night sleep. This has to be a routine.
Distractions against concentrating on a chosen task are very real, persistent and ongoing without a break. Focusing would require to be equal to this challenge.

I have lost temporarily the disposition to write authoritatively due to slew of things in my head, time to empty them. I shall make huge efforts today to focus and overcome these distractions.

I dreamed a friend if mine's son and me crossing a street. The son crossed the street to other side.
The father was afraid that he may return while incoming car was approaching. The boy did not.

Just watched a YouTube Video about obscure subject, rather than start search for the business location. This is what some would call irresponsibility. I tried to stop several times, but I continued anyway. I came up with a solution, 15 minutes segments reporting as it is, until solved. I am less likely to do such things when I am in a coffee house or in other public places.

Wrote above and started search for business location online. Searched with minor interruptions for a location. Found one but not good.

Look for a place suitable for meditation studio and a class as well as small office, located on lake street, close to the Somali market place.

I noted throwing stuff violently, saying negative things in my head. I also feel pressure around the eyes and below the abdomen.

I am now traveling on the bus onwards renting office. I also plan to walk along lake street to see if I can secure space.

I am still In the bus, walking would have been faster. Had I not I noticed that I say negative things about people in my head., assertions, while doing this, I feel pressure on between my eyes and below the abdomen.

Collected more information on spaces available on a mini market with less market but cheaper and more spacious rooms.

Now, again in lake street, south Minneapolis, searching spaces available on foot. Checked number of them.

I noted my mind is constantly making comments on people and situations. I jus state what mind just said. Doing so have allowed me to note that a negative pattern of thought. It would be disastrous If my activities are directed by this thought process.
In ordinary conversations, I conjecture, one's aim in conversations and in activities ought to be that of objectifications, for the purpose of seeing trends at work. Action is an epitome of objectifications, if observed with detachment.

Combine externalization work and objectifications to truly make a living from your talent. How this is done is that you speak your mind, but you put it a positive spin.

We have stated yesterday that psyche has no shape. I noted this after noting the objectification of my psyche in dreams taking different forms, personalities and many others. That which lasts forever, immune from creation and destruction, then it would appear, is such non-embodied form of existence. So that different peoples who dwell in such state would turn out to be instantiations of such state. Objectifications of such state, are, in a way, objectifications of eternity. When eternity takes an objective form, statement is made about the state, for instance, its full force is objectified, so that things inevitably work, be it a relationship, business, politics and of course religion. In concrete terms, this means, in every situation, there is something that presents itself to be said or done, if done thoughtfully and kindly, one will inevitably gets closer to wherever he wanted to go. He or she may make stupid mistakes, but that itself, if not fatal, shall get you closer to wherever you wanted to go.

We affirm the inevitable conclusion. The God's part in us, to use Abrahamic religious metaphor, is that which furnishes options to each one of us in a given situation. This is what is meant by pre-determination. We have a choice to make them real or disregard them. This is what is known as free will in the Asharite school of thought, in wider Islamic theology, known as Kasb theory, or acquisition theory. We are responsible not what occurs to us, but we what we do on repetitive basis.
Acknowledging thoughts has been shown to cure them. So and so had occurred to me. Trends emerge, that present their own solutions.
