Made important phone calls, prepared myself, path and so on, and also edited the journals and updated them. Still no firm plan for the day or the week. Using principles discussed, limited time, the essentials and earning a living standard, I shall set up fixed goal and then report their attainment as well as how the development of new habits are going on.

Sleep at 11:00 am, to wake up around dawn. Compensate the extra hour sleep by exerting yourself harder so that you get a lot more work done. Major goals of today rent the space, order the sitting supplies.
10:30-11:00 pm
This period focuses on how I can engage in the mean time in activities that will allow me earn a living while still laboring to open the office, after all it is Monday morning and everyone, it appears to me is doing some work. So, I thought I should man my journaling a serious one enough to turn it into a book, by focusing mode systemically only one habit, consisting perhaps many habits, that of earning a living from what I do the best.
11:00-11:30 am
I start this business, while still working on the new center.
On August 4th, I will present couple of books in a local cafe that has a good seating. So, talk to the owner and reserve that day for selling the books, same book in different languages.
11:30-12:00 pm
This period I rested, 15 minutes, continued to write some of the above as well as updating the two journals.
12:00-1230 pm
Being clean, neat, organized allows one to earn a living from suitable work. So, I spent sometime ironing clothes, cleaning the work space and so on. I have also received a call from the landlord. He will allow me to inspect the room again to see if the meditation cushions will fit. I will meet him at 3:30 pm. Also I shall submit the application. There is number of things that need explanations. Prepare to mane these explanations a hour before the appointment. Also used sometime to make journal entries.

Work on correcting some bank problems

Noticed wrong bill. Correct it too

Work on closing old bank and opening new one.

Now traveling, on the bus updating journals.

Traveling ends. See the room, decide how many cushions to order. Submitted application. I was told that I will receive approval by Friday, checking credit history and stuff. So, I cannot order stuff, they may say we will not rent the space or something. So, I have to wait and order them on Friday, the same day. Or perhaps order them any way. And if they refuse space for me, find another place. If accepted, start work the same day.

Wrote part of above. Got application fees and change for the office

Went to a nearby mosque and prayed. Now, heading to nearby supermarket, pay some stuff and head home.

Start looking for job until business starts to fully pick up, a part time job. Noted my apatite for frvilous activities substantially drop when I meditate 45 minutes in the morning and pray on time, mon-religious folks may find this to be non-starter. I just stare what have worked for me. I objectify, also, what I think about and feel and abonden explanations. So and so has occurred to me. I state as it occurred to me, pure and simple, no paraphrasing. Soon other thoughts come up illuminating previous thoughts and experiences. These two I state them as they occur.

Search for a job and start cooking for a food.

Cook the entire's weeks's main food.
7:30-8:00 pm
Find a job and then I applied it.
8:00-8:30pm
Noted decreasing capacity for concentration and increasing apatite for frivolous activities. Meditated to produce disposition towards concentration of efforts.
8:30-9:00 pm
Frivolous dispositions use well known technique, please check what this means, and then one more minute and more. I ashamed to write this that I was unable to stop myself and choose and do what I chose.
9:00-9:30 pm
I shall promise to use this entire 30 minutes either on meditation or any other chosen task. I will renew my $20 payment if I find myself in useless activities and don't stop myself in 3 seconds.

This period, I studied the happenings in Somalia. I noted sometimes I look like as If I am tired, but I am not I really. Meditation shows me this is not true. So, certain egos, it would appear, can induce false tiredness, to incline you to engage in frivolous activities. Or is it a natural inclination towards rest after long day of work.

Continue work on Somalia, followed by updating the daily journals. I am more fresh now after meditation.
