Meditate after a little bit of nonse activities

Prepre and leave the house. An hour and 30 minutes.
1100-1151 am
Travel. It took close to two hours to prepare and travel to work place
1151-1230
Plan the day, you should have done this yesterday. I did but then changed my mind. Remember this is your weakness, indecisiveness. Make a choice and a stick to it.
Don't report this tomorrow, lest people think of you as someone who is unable to mitigate his weakness. How can he, in his capacity as coach, help others mitigate their weakness. My best wishes to you.
Travel, also meditate, for the purpose of emptying myself.
This period I worked on creating an event relating to meditation and temperamental coaching. I created the event, but I noted its daunting nature: invite all friends manually. Since events are ongoing, I did not see any reasons why I would have to manually invite friends.
Finished work on advertising.
I travelled and exercised to balance my prolonged sitting. I noted I underestimate how long a task can take. I have now decided to give plenty of time to tasks.
Timothy Ferriss says completion of two essential tasks in a day is enough. I agree. I have also used this period to train myself for various tasks relevant to blooming.
I write journals this period and political repors of Somalia
