Travel. Aims: work out a plan for meditation and temperamental coaching  classes and sessions and render them. Ready the materials e.g  eBooks and print books. Note down subjects to be covered in these engagements, such as practice and theories.
Noted talk with others. This so when I have pressures on my head. I speak to others when I know or not.

Proactivity, all that happens to you is largely if not exclusively the result of your decisions, or lack of thereof, and actions. You created your own troubles, be kind to yourself and do good now, it will erase the past, fresh beginning.

Mistakes I noted now. Make entries every 30 minutes in two languages. If you cannot so every hour. This is a must.  Also, I tend to postpone decisions as much as I can. Make no choice appears to be my operative habit. A habit that I am inclined to end its preponderance. So, tomorrow show you have made definite choices and attained them. Also let your activities, not your talks, for we fired about your talks, show mastery, to some degree, of 7+1 habits of Covey. I may have mentioned some insights, but my activities herein recorded, to some degree,  don't imply forethought and action that imply such thought. So, I will publish tomorrow the journals in here, showing forethought in action.
