Research on Zafu and Zabuton. Zafu is cushion, and Zabuton Is mat Zafu sits on. Report on emptying pressures on different parts of the body. The greatest usefulness of meditation is its ability to extinguish such pressures, or so called egos, to allows us to operate free from pressures that disincline us to choose and do what we chose.

Look for Zafu and Zabuton. Advancess has been made in extinguishing ego.
