Twenty one days of habit making

For The next 21 days I will be working on the following habits; first, I noted that I tend to sleep when I am working and show less inclinations to sleep when I plan to sleep. So, the first habit is to ensure that I sleep when I plan to sleep and work when I plan to work. 

Update. The first day, I have slept like 6-7 hours, tomorrow, I will be very clear about the exact hours that I have slept,  and then spent the rest of the time meditating. The next day, I felt sleepy, but I did not sleep, I just continue to work despite a mild desire to sleep. I think hunger prevents sleep, one, therefore, has to eat  before one  sleeps again. 

I will also limit caffeine and if not drink a lot of water. 

I am finishing couple of books.  I noted that I do my best writing and editing after meditation session. So, I will also report on the formation of this habit. Yesterday, I did not do a good job, several attempts have been made. 

Other habits to monitor include speaking on what is happening now, having clear goals and perusing them and so on.
