The fourth day and habits

Editing Habit. 
I learned how to edit yesterday, at long last, and how to write well too: slowly, one word at a time, reading out loud in front of real or imagined audience, to secure feedback. 

Sleep habit
Due to some schedule changes,  I have slept only 5 hours and the rest I was  between sleep an awake, though I was on the bed, close to 7 hours. 

Clear goals and plans
I had goals and plans, but they were not sufficiently rehearsed to implement them.

Exertion time 

How long have you exerted yourself to get work done. Five hours out of 8 hour time that I had.
