One of the ways one can plan is to use his basic instruments that allow him or her to do his best. Ears to some, imagination to others or movement or combination of these.
One may combine this with conditions that evoke his best. To some this may be real or imagined state, while others this may be solitary and so on.
When you combine an ear and stage, then you have someone who speaks to an audience real or imagined to plan his day or week or even months.
One may just name results he wants to produce and the time that he wants to produce and leave the rest open to creativity or may plan all, depending his or her disposition towards probing for options and judging. In any case, results and the time of their production has to be fixed. These provide evaluations to one 's performance and thus serve as feedback mechanism regarding what he or she can do given time and resources.
