I feel strong desire to sleep when I don't want to sleep, someone asked, and I pfail to sleep when I want to sleep, please help.
1- Find out how many hours you need in order to work well during the day. I need 8 hours or so I think.
2-Fix wake up time, that you don't change.
3- In case you miss some hours, manage to sleep early and not later than your wake up time. Most people do this because it is easy, but it messes up the schedule.
4- Stay awake and fight sleep to maintain this schedule, eventually your body will get it and it will start to respect this schedule.
5- Cases where sleeping early is not possible, sleep other times to compensate needed hours and no more.
