I also do my best editing work after I have just finished meditation. I have combined these two techniques and then did some editing work today. I remember a time when I was not doing neither of above mentioned potential habits. I was absent minded.
I enjoy doing aforementioned activities very much.

I practiced this habit but I have not yet mastered it.

Slow editing
I have worked very slowly, by editing the paper on word by word basis.
