0840 am wake up, slept extra 40 minutes.
When I went to bed I did not sleep right away due to conversations that I had before I went to bed. So, I kept thinking about them for the next hour. It is for this reason that I chose to meditate before I sleep to empty myself and thus sleep well and wake up well rested and refreshed. This will entail being close to bed about 30 minutes before the sleep time, to meditate.
0840- 1000
This period I wrote about Somalia and published them on my blog. I do this on daily basis.
1000-1130 am
I meditated this period and prepared myself to start work.
1130-1445
I worked this period with great energy and I edited my meditation book coming out on June 30th, this year. I detailed what I did in the Somali log. Starting from today it will be detailed in here too. I worked without a break for 4 hours and 15 minutes with intense concentration. This is impressive.
1445-1648 Focused on some work other than the book.. This took almost 2 hours. I meditated during this period and rested too, but I also engaged in useless activities, surfing the net for no reason.
1718-1805
I have now finished editing the book, which consists about 22 pages. I have edited part of it yesterday, so another part was remaining. Now, what remains is print it out and then edit and then incorporate these editions into the book and then print it out again and then read it out loud and then note what needs editing and then later edit those that need editing. The book at this time is ready for publication.
1805-2230
This period I run and did some work that could have been postponed, or could have taken less time. This was about 4 hours and 30 minutes, close to the hours that I worked with intense concentration.
2200-1247 am
This period I studied the situation in Somalia and then wrote two short articles about in two languages on blog. I also cooked something and ate and meditated before I went to bed. I slept very well. I woke up at 0900 am. The schedule was to sleep 12: 00 am and wake up 0800. I will come up today with a way to deal with this situation. I will also try next time to work up to 8 hours, a day, and sleep on time and wake up on time. If more sleep Is needed, sleep early. Write the logs on time, rather than wait until the end of the day. Have a plan and then implement the plan and so on.
