Habits, day 10

Proactivity 
Most of the times yesterday I was proactive. Made a plan and then I implemented it. I understood myself and then made myself understand myself. Focused on win-win and worked smart to leave the rest alone. 

I have also taken breaks to empty myself to  get great work done. I made this a priority. I have slep well, exercised and ate well.
