Time your Work and Breaks.

One of big consumers of time is unscheduled breaks and works in general. Among the big savers of time is timing the time needed to get work done.

Another time saver is focusing on essentials and leaving unnecessary elements alone. If one practices these two in tandem, then one will save big time.

Mastering this art is like mastering musical instruments; it takes time and many trials, so be patient and keep trying your best by stretching your utmost power.

Planning ahead and implementing is like the previous art; it too takes time and many trails to master.

Try again and again until you master it, while having mechanisms of rewards and loss in place, in case you don’t do your work.

What allows us to succeed or not succeed is habit, sort of things we do repeatedly.

Action implies something; some thinkers think the aim of life is to engage in activities that imply forethought.

So, it is better to decide what effects you wish to produce; having decided this, engage in activities that causes or is likely to cause such effects.

It is not difficult to decide which effects you desire most deeply, and which ones you don’t.
