I will carry out simple experimentation today; how long can I remain focused and get work done without doing something I will not choose to do when I am In my right mind, like surfing the net for no reasons or reading the news feeds of Facebook friends or otherwise just day dreaming.
When I am no longer able to focus I will rest or meditate until I am able to focus again and get work done.
The fruits of such lifestyle is immense; first , my healthy and self-confidence tend to improve and I am able to act even more efficiently, because I am able to see things in fresh eye.
I expect my rests and meditation may be long because I have slept like 4.5 hours even though I managed to sleep in noisy place like another hour, making my total hours less than minimum required.
Without further ado, let me get to work.

O830-0900
I am glad to report that I have focused this period and did not distract myself on nonsense. I had enjoyed doing so. It is as if something is going on for me, bright future. I am working on an article. First thirty minutes have gone. I shall report on the next 30 minutes.
0900-0930
Focused again, still working on the article; when you do this in public places, womb generally say you are having a fun, and suggest their desire to share it; you can easily get dates In this way after you have done your work.
0930-1000
I wish I would have done more mind mapping. I will do that to finish this article in less time and yet produce a great article
I did mind map, but needed to do research, and spent few seconds on surfing the net for no legitimate reason.
Otherwise, I am doing fine.
1000-1030
Focuses but felt tired, in need of fifteen minutes break and then I shall get back to work.
1030-11
Break and meditation to refresh.
11-1130
Focusing in this period faced tough resistance, but I have managed to overcome it, during the period when I was not able to to do so due to general fatigue, my self-confidence dipped, and restlessness replacing stabilityI enjoyed. I recovered, proving once again focusing and getting work done is better than not.
1130-1200
Focused well. Reminded of warming up to get more work done, and do this on Dailly basis.
1200-1230
Focused and worked in the article and almost finished.
1230-1300
Do some administrative work.
I did not do some administrative work, but did some other project, compiling data about the political situation of Somalia ; I shall do this and hopefully finish in the next 30 minutes or get close.
1300-1330
Surveyed news in Somalia but did not record data by data, making me feel as if i did nothing. I will take 30 minutes break and shall be back.
1330-1400
Used this period to so some admins tariff work instead of a break and remained idle, doing noting productive;
1400-1430

Did some work collecting and analyzing and I will do more of it. This time, I shall state the degree of focus on the task, from 10 to one.

This period, I spent on talking people impromptu, basically did not do much

I shall meditate this period.
I sometime think that I have slept much last night, so don't bother working on creative work; I can still focus on editing ok materials; that is what I shall do.
Time to excercise for 30 minutes and do some editing work.
1830-1920
This period I have met a stranger and talked and talked and talked; this was not planned, and at some point, I did not want to continue, but then it is gone now. Time to cry, I fact no need to to do so. All I need to do is learn to plan ahead and then implement it; no having a plan is the reason why I am swayed so easily.
1920-2000
Sort of things that I wish to have done is to have a goal that at once will allow me to make a living and tap my talent. I think that will inevitably happen if I write a book about meditation, chi Ching, relationships, talent identification and use; I have already started that before and then stopped it; the point is to come up with a way to do it in daily basis until it becomes a habit, then books will be created and edited and published and sold.
