I have edited daily journals, wrote about Somalia, prepared myself. Other than that I cannot recall what I did.
1220-1620
I worked this period on the English book, incorporating what I have edited on a printed papers.
1620-1800 This period I ate and travelled.
1620-2240
I worked again this period without much breaks. I have finished editing the English book on meditation.
2240- 0200, around 3 hours and 20 minutes; I conversed with some people, walked, and then slept at 0200.
0200-0930 I woke up.
Non of the above was planned before.
