Writing when you want to write

Warm room is conducive to good night sleep. When, however, the room is not warm, I noted, one does not get enough rest, presumably, the body is awake warming itself, rather than sleeping.

One might not know such is the case and therefore wake up tired.


Or even if one knows, one may lack the motivation needed to wake up and turn on the heat to warm the room.

If so, if one notices the need to turn the heat on, one ought to wake up right away and turn on the heat to warm the room.

One ought to not wait for too long to warm the room.

Time difference between awareness and action ought to not exceed 3 seconds.

You can tell how proactive you are, and by implication how successful you are in life, by measuring the time difference between your realization that the room needs to be warmed and warming it.

The less time, the more successful you are.

Steven Covey says in his book, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, the difference between people who are proactive and people who are not is 5,000%.

In other words, if one makes $1an hour, the other makes $5,000 an hour.

Evidently, this will allow you to sleep well and wake up next day well rested and ready to work more productively.

Writing when you want to write is the best way to write because you will write more coherent work and the writing is more lively and fresh.

Moreover, It takes less time to write if you write when you want to write.

This is part of a larger phenomena known as shaping the iron when it is hot or generally doing what is appropriate to the moment and of course not doing what is not, for this is more difficult to do and causes unnecessary struggle, in addition to producing less quality work.

It is for this reason, I think, the best work is collection of notes written when one is inclined to write.

If so, I have adopted this method of writing as my modus operandi of writing.

Small voice tells me to write now, despite me having some objections to it; if I coalesce, things work for the better.

I write my best writing, and generally do a better work, when I am fully rested, that is when I am not tired.

So, once again I will make this a priority: rest well to do a quality work.

One of your primary works in all relationships is tell the truth or what appears to be the truth. You may be tactical about it, or even friendly, moral or strategic, but the the primary task remains the same, that of the truth or what appears to be the truth. Any thing is bound to lead to disappointments.

One may be tempted to dodge inevitable disappointment, but he is bound to disappoint himself and others by virtue of his dodging attempts. It is ironic. He faces what he wanted to avoid. Had he known this, he would have done what is generally bitter, thereby having a chance to succeed, despite facing possible disappointment.

For this reason experts generally recommend indifference to the outcome but performance of what is relevant to the moment in kind way.

There is freshness to life when it comes to practicing this art. It is new every time.


Ironic situations are common in life. Take men and woman relationships; the very acts that man uses to tell woman that he desires, will make her not desire him. The solution is counter intuitive: to assume mutual desire or not and press for ways to make this mutual desire a reality. This will entail not taking her words at face value. If there is n mutual desire, this method will not work, and it is better for him to move on, at least for the time being, and find someone else while still has some time.

Ironically, this will make him more attractive, not less, if there is any chance of mutual desire.

Learn to Work Independently.

Make yourself do your work, schedule and do your work, in the same way someone else may schedule you and ask you to work, difficult but doable.

You may lack motivation but you can introduce similar system. If I don't do my work, then I will lose this much of money.

If I do, then I will gain that much of money or resource. I found this system to work just fine. It is a discovery indeed.


Again learn to work for yourself, by turning your hobby into career, and then draw from it to support your favorite causes, or generally learn to work independent of pressures of others.

As stated earlier starting to direct yourself as others will direct you is not easy initially, but if you do, then you will recognize its value and you shall do more of it, until it becomes your modus operandi, only then will you be free, at least from financial point if view, or even otherwise.

To work in an intermittent fashion, to me, is the most natural form of work: I do my best work when I do my work in discontinuous fashion.

Evidently, this is in direct contrast to working in continuous manner. Doing so, lowers the quality of my work.

I have resolved this problem long time ago by taking notes whenever I got ideas and putting those notes together, this being my work. Doing so, makes me productive. But I generally used to put these notes aside and write something else in continuous manner, rather than in discontinuous manner, my preferred approach to work; inevitably, producing lower quality work and generally feeling dissatisfied with such work.

I have also solved this problem by working between inhalations and exhalations, after taking a recommended posture.

Now, if I combine both of these, breathing and discontinuous work, then
I have placed myself in situations that will evoke my best.I will then be satisfied with my work.

I will ask myself every day if the work has been produced under aforementioned conditions if so, the work is great, if not the work is mediocre.

This mode of operation is similar to that of dual tasking, doing two things at the same time.

If therefor I adopt this mode of operation, then I will be able to do two tasks alternatively.

Life presents itself in dual forms: on one hand one is concerned about his or he longer term interests, e.g next life or salvation; on another hand, one is concerned about bread and shelter.
So, adoption of intermittent work, allows one to alternatively focus these concerns and get satisfactory resolution to them, on constant fashion .

Our chief concern, it ought to be remembered, is character, by implication our fate.

We author our fate by choosing what we do on daily basis.In fact on moment to moment basis.

The Spector that shall take us a way from our path isalways on, so is our guard. This is generally achieved by pre-planning andimplementing the plan. Not doing so, the specter shall have plan for you. Certainly,it is one that you will not like when you are done. The realization of thisallows one to pre-plan and implement. Subsequently, celebrate for his or her achievement.Never ending trail, surely it is, where one does not know before hand. It isalways new.

Dabble not, but focus.


We are still in the midst of answering this question: howhave you managed to find a work that you need and/or want to do, love, a workingpolitical system, peace and liberty, either in your home country orelsewhere.  See the answer below.

A famous American coach, Anthony Robbins, said, whileexplaining the cause of his success:  focusingon specific areas of life to improve, as opposed to dabbling.

Anthony is one of the people who study the causes thatallow people to reach higher places in life.

I have seen many times, not doing the kind of work that Iwanted to do but doing something else, and then running out of time.

I then came up with a project call fox project. Theproject says work in five minute segments. Say, I will do this task alone in fiveminutes or even less. And then another five minutes and then another five minutes,until work is done.

If you are tired, then rest or do something else, andthen come back do it again.

This technique is known as foot-in-the-door-technique,FDT in psychology.  It is very effectivetechnique.

This method has claimed thousands of hours from me. It istime to get back these hours.

FTD is linked to other phenomena known as momentum inphysics. When you do small tasks, then you will gain I can do even moreattitude. Soon, you will do a lot, to the point where you cannot stop yourself.

If repeated enough times, then it will become a habit or character.Character, as Heraclitus, says determines fate.

You can apply these principles, FTD and momentum in manyareas of life, such as betterment of political systems, relationships and business.

The consequence of applying these principles is producinga work that that has been done mindfully. That was our initial desire, to get work done mindfully, not whiledabbling.

Good night sleep is  a foundation of productive day. I know one way to ensure I get 8 hour a day. Fix sleep and wake up time,  and then pay $ 100 fine if you don't sleep on time.
So, 6 days a week I will post on here pictures of me sleep at 0000  Eastern Standard Time, EST and waking up on 0800 again on EST.

This will happen unless I lack Internet.
Without emergency or some other valid reason stated 4 hours earlier, I will pay $100 to whoever alerts me to the failure to comply with my own rules.

Spontaneous socialization, discussing what is relevant in the first 3 seconds, has been linked to success both in the market place and in relationships, be it personal or professional. This is empirical matter,  not a theoritical one, you haveto  practice it so that it becomes a second nature, to really reap its benefits.

Mutual Attraction.
1- Some relationships are potentially attractive to you, and it is also attractive to relevant others. Focus on this one. The same applies to work.
2- Assume you already got the work and the  relationship you wanted.Act as if you do. Repetition helps, experts recommend you recite your achievement when you wake up and when you sleep and in between, 30 minutes a day is recommended.

3-  Identify a date in which you have to have this work and relationship. Be specific. 

4- If you really assume as if you got what you wanted, you will reach a point in which your mind will say this: hi if you really want this do this or that, this is your plan.

5-  Write the plan. If not, repeat the process.

6-  Implement the plan. If it does not work, repeat the process as needed. Persistence makes a difference. A lot of people don’t follow the six steps outlined above. Follow them.

How to succeed in your professional and personal work and relationships?


1-      Most of the communication between people takesthe form no-verbal. Research shows that 93% of human communication is thingslike body movements and the tone of the speaker, how the speaker says what heor she says, that is the tone. Some research dispute this conclusion, but theystill state non-verbal language constitutes the bulk of human communication,something like 60-70% of the communication. If so, one ought to pay attentionto this, to communicate in the market place or in all human relationships.Females are said to be more experts in this field than men. To understand womanone may learn this language.

2-    Human soul is said to communicate in similarlanguage, it neither tells nor hides, but gives signs, to re-use statement thatwas said about the oracle in Delphi.

3-     Some people are sonic animals, like thedolphin: what they hear may influence them, and they may influence others onwhat they make them hear. You hear me, is a term that they may often use. Ifsomething gives them hard time, it behooves such people to reproduce how itsounds, for they understand things when they hear. They are ears.  What they make people hear is resource attheir disposal that they can use both in the market place and in relationships.

4-    Long time, there was a voice that used togive me a hard time, when I hear it. One day as the voice was ringing at my ears,I reproduced it, I immediately, noticed it was the voice of an opponent ofmine. Since that day it never bothered me again. In spiritual matters, or unconsciousmatters, someone said, awareness is sufficient cure. I concur.

5-    Be aware of what you focus? If you havechallenge, ask not its cause, but ask its cure. If I have solved this problem,how have I solved it? In fact, believe you already did and then ask how youhave solved it. You will find solution. Above all your mind will start focusingon the solution, not on the problem.  Youwill feel better, and when we feel better, we tend to solve problems better, asmentioned in one minute management, and as my experience shows. You can trytoo. Some say this is it, the elixir.
