Watch a Movie, thought it was great, hoped it may become better but not. I previously found myself in similar situation, and later said to myself no more film watching when it coincides with scheduled sleep. I did not honor that principle. So, there should have money to be paid than I would have avoided it. Sleep 12:00 am tonight and wake up tomorrow, this schedule maintain, unless changed, if changed, maintain the new one, if not go downstairs get $50 and give it someone who deserves it.
Sleep, nonsense talk going on in my head, stayed on the bed. Tired. Again I have dishonored the wake up time again. If wake up time is not observed, given prior schedule, you should go down stairs and give right away $ 60.

I sat for meditation to extinguish the fires behind the pressures within me on various parts on me at this time, back of the head, somewhere on the lower abdomen 
9:30-10:00 am
First made sure that I don't move, tried this in one minute, and then another and then two and three and so on, until my body chose to remain still, no movement whatsoever ever, no even mouth or tongue movement, non, still. This is precondition for calming the mind and the body and for getting rid of the pressures that nag us as we focus on a chosen task.
1000-1008
Continue to meditate. Now started to imagine being in meditation competition in front of a panel, since I shine in public, I felt immediately tired, chose to quit. Perhaps this is due to tiredness or awareness, subsequent experimentations shall indicate which one to implicate.

Prepared myself for work.

Research internet service and ways  and lower phone bill.

Examine options with local sprint office

On the phone with sprint to fix an Internet

On the phone With sprint,  they could not fix the problem, now directed again to local office. Learned many options. Planning to go to local office to fix an Internet.

Examine various various Internet options

Update journals, examine various intenet options before committing to one.

Now go to the store to fix an Internet option, prepared myself. Now heading out of home

Traveling, it occurred to me to give money to neighbors and share their wifi with, using guerrilla stratigy, knock doors. This is a cheaper method. Do the same also at the office. The cost would add up the same, better pay $35 a month, to have both home and office laptop access.
1700-1730
It occurred to me not to pay an internet, but to ask neighbors to share, and pay them. The same applies in my office space, that will be cheaper, but I decided doing so will cost me the same as buying.
1730-1800
Now, heading to corporate office, since this office cannot handle my problem.

Now, I came to the corporate office and bought new internet service.
1830-1900
Now heading to friend's house to spend sometime together.
1900-1930 We were unable to meet due to some events that demanded immediate attention in relation to my friend. So, I decided to head home.
1930-20000
Came to a library, but felt hunger, so I could not focus.
2000-2030
Heading now home, started to meditate.
2030-2100
Meditated more and prayed. Engaged in activities that I don't recall exactly what it was.
2100-2130
In the mosque, praying.
2130-2200
This period met old friend and started conversation. This was unplanned. I should have engaged. For some odd reasons, when I engage in a certain conversations, my mind starts to reflect on them, so that it becomes harder to focus this period. So, I have meditate again to empty myself.
2200-2230
Meditate this period and worked on daily journals.
2230-2300
Worked on daily journals. About 6 hours, I have not done much work, except meditations and prayers. I did some reflections on matters that harder to understand unless when thinks about specific results when wishes to make them a reality. This is a positive thinking, the rest is not good, and ought to be abandoned. Starting from now, I ought to do some work while traveling, reading, planning, solving a problem and so on. Plan something and then do them.
